  • Q: Are you a Manufacturer or Trading company?
    A: We are an experienced designer and manufacturer since 2013 – we also assist customers with their sourcing needs and consolidate product shipments to reduce freight costs. 
  • Q: Do you have Safety Certifications?
    A: We have an in-house UL/TÜV test lab, and depending on the product, we have items that carry Safety Certifications including: GS /UL / TÜV / CE / BIFMA / RoHS / Reach / KC / Prop 65 / FCC and more. For specific compliance requirements, we can have product tested to virtually any worldwide safety standard. Contact us for details.
  • Q: Does CONTUO provide OEM/ODM Service?
    A: Absolutely! We have in-house industrial design and engineering teams that can quickly take your idea from concept to completion. We have a strong emphasis of communicating the status and progress of every project along the way. Simply contact us with your requirements. 
  • Q: What are Your Payment Terms?
    A: T/T and L/C are the most common forms of payment, specific terms can be discussed with you prior to you issuing a purchase order.CONTUO operates via an advanced ERP system that allows factory production to rapidly occur as payments are efficiently and accurately processed.
  • Q: What is the Standard Lead Time for Samples and Bulk Orders?
    A: Sample lead time is normally around 7-10 days. For most products, bulk orders are approximately 45 days after receipt of payment. However, production time normally depends on order quantity and specifications. 
  • Q: What is CONTUO’s Warranty?
